1. Handmade Nature: All items offered for sale from Cozy Totes are individually handcrafted. As a result, there may be slight variations in color, size, and design from the product images displayed on our website. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the uniqueness and charm of each item.
2. Materials: I take great care in sourcing high-quality materials for my handmade crafts. However, due to the nature of artisanal materials, there may be occasional variations in texture, color, and pattern. I strive to accurately represent the materials used in the product images, but please keep in mind that screen settings and lighting can impact the perception of colors.
3. Durability and Usage: These handmade crafts are created with attention to detail and craftsmanship. However, as with all handcrafted items, they may have specific care instructions to ensure their longevity. We recommend washing all items with like colors in cold water without bleach and drying in a low heat dryer to maintain the item's quality over time.
4. Customization: I offer customization options for certain items. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete information for any custom orders. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible, and refunds may not be issued for custom items.
5. Allergens: If you or the intended recipient of the item have allergies or sensitivities to certain materials, please review the item's description and materials carefully before purchasing. I cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur.  Fabric has not been pre-washed by me, please wash to remove any sizing added by the manufacturer.  Cozy Totes is a smoke free environment.
